I had a problem with this company as well. I have used many limo- taxi company s and never had a problem. I paid for my sons transporation both ways. On his pick up the to be taken home driver refused to take the credit card imprint. The driver kept saying cash only....even after the first driver in the night swiped it for both ways! My son called me nd said the driver wouldnt listen to him...and even after I was trying to explain to the dispatcher they still would not listen to me trying to explain. Very rude. Then they called the first driver and they agreed the card was indeed swiped... More...

Not only did Golden Class Limo give the worst service ever experienced, lie, try to force me to pay cash when they already had a reservation w/ credit card info, numerous credit cards available, etc. They tried to intimidate me, harrass me, and bully me into doing what they wanted - none of which was listed in ANY of their paperwork. Golden Class Limo is absolutely terrible! I called the driver when I landed - he told me he would be outside (every other company has met me inside for a pickup w/ a sign that I've ever used) and then I had to call the guy 3 times! By the 3rd time when I still couldn't find him, he put his flashers on! And, continued sitting in the drivers seat watching a woman w/ 3 suitcases & did nothing at all to help!
